Why Kathleen Rich-New?
Kathleen Rich-New founded Clarity Works Consulting over 15 years ago after 20+ years in corporate human resources with companies such as Apple, SGI, and Brocade Communications Systems. As a result, she has worked at all levels of companies and brings a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the complex and sometimes difficult people-side of business. The advantage of working with Clarity Works Consulting is you have her personal attention versus being handed over to a junior staff member.

For over five years she wrote a column on human resources best practices and trends for the region’s business magazine, Space Coast Business. Her second book, Plan B, The Real Deal Guide to Creating Your Business, provides in-depth insight into the four most common business models and how to launch the one you choose.
