Rich-New, MBA, MHR
With
experiences covering the spectrum from hard-nosed MBA programs,
to the fast pace of a Silicon Valley startup, to spiritual studies
in Bali, Kathleen brings a unique blend of practical experience
and clarity of focus to her business consulting, coaching, seminars
and speeches. With Kathleen, insight and intuition team up to push
the creative envelope for your organization.
Kathleen holds an MBA from the University of North
Texas and a Master's Degree in International Human Resources from
the University of Dallas. Her undergraduate degree is in Business
Administration from Kansas State University. She trained in Appreciative
Inquiry (Ai) at the Taos Institute and is a fire-walking graduate
of Tony Robbins Mastery University.
Kathleen has over 25 years in corporate Human
Resources at the managerial and executive levels of companies such
as Apple Computer, GTE, Nortel, SGI and several smaller companies.

Kathleen's Appreciative Inquiry experience
recently earned her recognition as a facilitator for "Listen
to the City", a 5,000 person town-hall meeting at the Javits
Center in New York City. Residents of Manhattan were invited to
give input for rebuilding the World Trade Center area and creating
an appropriate memorial at Ground Zero. Appreciative Inquiry was
